We are looking to recruit a before/after school leader

Immediate start (can be accommodated if not ASAP)
Permanent post
19.50 hours per week, term time plus one week (45.48% FTE) – part-time applications are welcomed
7:30am to 9:00am Monday to Friday
3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Full time salary: £24,294 - £25,979 per annum
Actual salary: (45.48%% FTE): £11,049 - £11,815 per annum


Woodland Grange Primary School are looking for a Before and After School Leader who will be responsible in ensuring each child who attends the setting feels safe and welcomed, whilst providing an experience that is exciting, inclusive and fun.  This enables us to support families outside of school hours.  The successful candidates will support our values and ethos, have high expectations of themselves and those around them and show a commitment to developing young learners to help them succeed.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a keen interest and experience of working in a pre/aftercare setting,
  • Enjoys working with children
  • Is flexible, reliable, prompt, helpful and supportive,
  • Will enjoy being part of a positive and committed team
  • Is confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills
  • Can make a positive contribution and has a friendly, polite and professional manner
